Rocky LaPorte has been performing on the road as a top-notch in-demand and enormously popular comedy club headliner accumulating a trunk full of TV appearances from "Cheers " "Carolines Comedy Hour" and his very own "The Rocky LaPorte Show" a pilot for CBS. Rocky's family came to this country from Brooklyn when his father was deported for drag racing midgets. The family then moved to Chicago so Rocky could play for the Chicago Cubs during their championship reign in the early 70's. While playing for the Cubs Rocky pitched twelve no-hitters and maintained a batting average of 700. During baseball's off season Rocky served in Vietnam and was highly decorated with Agent Orange. After returning from the war the Cubs traded Rocky to the New York Knicks for six hot dogs and a VCR. There he played center for nine and a half years shattering many records and tapes. Changing from a career in sports to the opera Rocky moved to Cleveland. While in Cleveland Rocky sang opera and that is where he and other opera stars got interested in mountain climbing. He is most proud of conquering some of Ohio's tallest peaks. Bored with opera he got into Karoke where he won the nationals and got to meet Billy Ray Cyrus. Upon moving to Nashville Rocky wrote many famous country songs and is still a legend in Tennessee to this day. Rocky then moved to the west coast where he alone was totally responsible for reuniting The Eagles. He now tours the country as a stand-up comedian because he loves people.
Forrest Shaw is not fond of stupid people. Lucky for him there is stand-up comedy, the perfect way to vent his frustrations while also sharing his own faults and failures with the audience. Opening up about his gambling addiction, struggles with health, and his life growing up in Miami raised as an only child by his single hippie mother, Forrest delivers his stand-up with an intriguingly unique perspective on life. He became a comic after a decade of life as a marine biologist. Saving manatees and counting seagrass by day, at night, he dedicated himself to comedy, quickly working his way into regular club work and eventually having to retire from his career as a biologist. Forrest Shaw is a sharp, cynical critic of our shortcomings as a species, and points out these observations with precision in his hard-hitting, quick-wittForrest Shaw made his television debut on Conan in 2014 and appeared on Gotham Comedy LIVE on AXS TV in early 2015. He has performed in numerous festivals such as, Comedy Central's South Beach Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival, Big Sky Comedy Festival, New York Underground Comedy Festival, World Series of Comedy, & the Comedy Central Open Mic Fight and was awarded 2013's Ultimate Miami Comedian. Forrest is featured in season 2 of the FX show Legit and has also appeared on The Jim Jefferies Show on Comedy Central as well as Animal Planet. In 2018 Forrest joined the writing team on The Jim Jefferies Show on Comedy Central and is also featured as the co-host for The Jm Jefferies Show Podcast. Forrest is a co-writer (and lead actor) of the award winning web series Labor Days. He can also be heard on Sirius/XM Satellite radio, Pandora, and Spotify. His debut album ‘Mister Grizzly’ was released on November 18, 2014 on Comedy Records.
Conan and Comedy Central veteran Ahmed Bharoocha is half Irish Catholic, half Pakistani-Indian-Burmese-Muslim, and wholly a master of punctuating striking social commentary with high-energy theatrics. During high school his family relocated from Santa Barbara to Rhode Island, where Bharoocha made the leap from Stitches Comedy Club dishwasher to open micker. While attending the University of Rhode Island he frequented Boston’s Comedy Studio, becoming a Comic in Residence in the process.
In 2010 Bharoocha won the Magner’s International Comedy Festival and soon moved to Los Angeles (specifically his sister’s dining-room floor). There he began producing weekly web shorts with Ryan O’Flanagan and Jack Robichaud for their Dead Kevin YouTube channel; the viral sketch trio has since been featured on Tosh.0, Funny or Die and named one of L.A. Weekly’s 2013 Comedy Acts to Watch. As a solo stand-up, Bharoocha’s festival performances include Just for Laughs Montreal, the Moontower Comedy Festival, Riot L.A., the Great American Comedy Festival and Scotland’s Glasgow International Comedy Festival. Most recently he appeared on Adam DeVine’s House Party, Viceland’s Flophouse and currently he plays a series regular on the Adult Swim series Dream Corp, LLC.
